Step-by-Step Palak Paneer Recipe:
1. Palak ko dho kar ubaal lein aur fir thande paani mein daal dein.
2. Tamatar ko kaat lein aur blender mein paste bana lein.
3. Pyaaz, adrak aur lahsun ko kaat kar alag rakh dein.
4. Ek pan mein jeera dalein aur use bhunein.
5. Pyaaz ko dalkar use sauté karein jab tak voh halka bhura na ho jaye.
6. Adrak aur lahsun ko dalein aur sauté karein.
7. Ab tamatar ka paste, haldi, lal mirch powder aur dhania powder dalkar use acche se milayein.
8. Palak ko blender mein blend kar lein aur fir isko pan mein dalkar achche se mix karein.
9. Paneer ko cubes mein kaat lein aur isko palak mein daal dein.
10. Kasuri methi, garam masala aur namak dalkar palak paneer ko 5-7 minute ke liye dhimi aanch par pakayein.
11. Lemon juice dalkar serve karein.
